Chives is an aromatic plant traditionally inserted in the Liliaceae family, normally cultivated as an aromatic plant. The shape of the leaves is elongated and very narrow, so they are needle-like and have a green color that can take different intensities.
Excellent as soon as it is harvested, it can be eaten fresh cut into small pieces and, thanks to its very similar onion flavor, it can be a final touch for salads, sauces and vegetables.
